SNG AN A4 ON THE SOUTHERN CD

 

This recording is of the "Victory Rail Tour" organised by the "A4 Preservation Society" to celebrate its recent purchase of 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley from British Railways. Hauled by 60024 Kingfisher, the railtour ran from Waterloo to Southampton and Weymouth from where Roy Miller recorded various sections as she made her way back to Waterloo. These include the climb to Evershot and a fast run through Basingstoke.
The recording lasts approximately 50 minutes and costs £8.00 each.
